BOSS OS Privacy Notice

Argheri (ABN 98 663 456 200) operates an internal system, BOSS OS, used only by authorised Argheri personnel to view Argheri's own business data. BOSS OS is not available to the public and does not collect information about visitors to this website.

This notice describes how BOSS OS handles data obtained from Google APIs. It supplements, and does not replace, our Privacy Policy.

Google data accessed by BOSS OS

The BOSS OS application requests the following Google API scopes, all of them read-only:

  • youtube.readonly — channel and video details for Argheri's own YouTube channel.
  • yt-analytics.readonly — views, watch time and traffic sources for Argheri's own channel.
  • adwords — campaign spend, clicks and conversions for Argheri's own Google Ads account.

Using separately authorised credentials, BOSS OS also reads Google Analytics and Google Search Console data for websites Argheri owns, files held in Argheri's own Google Drive, and messages in Argheri's own business mailboxes so that commitments made to customers can be tracked to completion.

In every case the data belongs to Argheri's own accounts and is read, never modified.

How the data is used

The data is used for one purpose: producing internal reports and dashboards about Argheri's own operations, viewed by Argheri personnel.

We do not:

  • sell or rent the data, or share it for anyone else's commercial purposes;
  • use it for advertising, retargeting or audience building;
  • use it to train, retrain or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model;
  • transfer it to third parties, except where required by law or where a service provider processes it on our behalf under equivalent obligations.

Limited Use

BOSS OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Data retrieved from Google APIs is stored on a private server controlled by Argheri. Access is restricted to authorised Argheri personnel over a private network. Credentials and access tokens are stored encrypted, are never displayed in the application interface, and are not shared outside Argheri.

Reporting data is retained while the relevant connection remains active. When a connection is removed in BOSS OS, its stored credentials are deleted and the associated data is deleted at the next scheduled clean-up.

Withdrawing access

Access granted to BOSS OS can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops BOSS OS retrieving any further data. To request deletion of data already held, email hello@argheri.com.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a revised "last updated" date.
