Ordering Your Forzo Pizza Oven and Tools
When you choose Argheri, you're not just purchasing a product; you're investing in quality and craftsmanship. Whether you're ordering a Forzo pizza oven for your restaurant or pizza tools for your home, we ensure a seamless delivery process.
Order Process
- Select the Ziola, Forzo or pizza tool of your choice.
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
- Provide either a residential or business address for delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Receive a confirmation email immediately upon placing your order.
- A dispatch confirmation email with tracking ID will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard delivery generally takes 1-3 business days.
- For WA/TAS, allow up to 2 extra business days.
- For rural or remote locations, allow up to 3 extra business days.
Delivery of Large Items
Our Forzo ovens are substantial, and their quality is reflected in their weight. For items weighing 40kg or more, they will be delivered on a pallet. Due to courier OH&S policy, drivers will deliver the pallet to the kerbside of your premises only. Please plan accordingly for moving the pallet inside and installation.
If No One Is Home
If no one is present at delivery, your consignment will be transferred to a nearby depot, and a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery/collection. To avoid any inconvenience and potential re-delivery fees, we recommend you state "Authority To Leave" in the checkout comment box.
Safety and Regulations
Our couriers use a pallet jack to wheel the pallets. Due to OH&S regulations, couriers are only permitted to move your freight to the nearest accessible point, i.e., kerbside. Please ensure pathways are clear and gates are wide enough for pallet entry.
Multiple Items
If you're ordering multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days to ensure the safety and integrity of each item.
