ARGHERI AUSTRALIA — OFFICIAL WARRANTY

Argheri products are engineered for precision, performance and long-term durability. Every oven, stone, burner and accessory is built to exact specifications and tested to withstand demanding thermal environments.
This warranty outlines your rights and our responsibilities under Australian law.

This warranty applies only to products purchased in Australia from Argheri or authorised Australian resellers.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this document excludes or limits the guarantees provided by the ACL.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


ZIOLA WARRANTY (Residential Use Only)

The Ziola is designed exclusively for residential/domestic use.
Commercial, rental, shared or community environments void this warranty.

Standard Warranty — 12 Months

Your Ziola includes a 12-month parts and labour warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

Extended Warranty — 24 Months (Registration Required)

Register your Ziola within 90 days of purchase to upgrade to a 24-month warranty.

Registration is required to activate the extended term and must occur within the 90-day window.

Biscotto Stone Warranty — 12 Months

The Biscotto stone is handcrafted Italian clay and requires correct curing and care.

Covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects, provided that:

  • The stone is cured according to the Owners Manual.

  • It is used only within recommended temperature ranges.

  • It is protected from moisture, oils, fats, and grease.

  • It is not subjected to thermal shock or over-firing.

  • It is handled and cleaned correctly (no chemicals or abrasives).

Natural patina, discolouration, surface variation, or micro-cracking is normal and not considered a defect.

Ziola Exclusions

  • Commercial or non-residential use

  • Damage caused by thermal shock or incorrect curing

  • Incorrect power supply, power surges or electrical faults

  • Cosmetic wear or discolouration

  • Damage caused by modification, misuse or improper installation

  • Consumables (bulbs, cosmetic trim, gaskets)

  • Failure caused by grease, oil, or liquid contamination of the stone


FORZO WARRANTY (Residential/Home Ovens)

Forzo home ovens are designed for residential/domestic use only.

12-Month Residential Warranty

Forzo home ovens include a 12-month parts and labour warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions

  • Any commercial or semi-commercial use

  • Structural damage caused by misuse or thermal shock

  • Hairline cracks under 5mm (normal refractory movement)

  • Venting, flue or installation issues not completed to specification

  • Damage from improper lifting, handling or modifications


FORZO PRO WARRANTY (Commercial Ovens)

Forzo Pro ovens are engineered for commercial, professional and hospitality environments.

12-Month Commercial Warranty

All Forzo Pro ovens include a 12-month commercial parts and labour warranty.

Commercial warranties—consistent with industry standards—are fixed-term only and do not include extended programs.

Exclusions

  • Incorrect installation, gas connection or ventilation setup

  • Abuse, over-firing, or failure to follow operating procedures

  • Thermal shock caused by water, liquids, or rapid temperature change

  • Cosmetic wear appropriate to commercial conditions

  • Damage caused during relocation once originally installed


ARGHERI TOOLS & ACCESSORIES

All Argheri tools, peels, covers, brushes and accessories include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Normal wear, scratches, heat patina, dents, abrasions or misuse are not covered.


TRANSPORT & DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Due to the weight and nature of Forzo and Forzo Pro ovens, the following applies:

  • Products must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Failure to report transport damage within this timeframe may void transport coverage.

  • The oven must remain uninstalled while a transport claim is assessed.

  • Argheri is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, unloading, third-party installers or non-approved transport methods.

For pallets over 200 kg, professional equipment (forklift or crane) is required for safe handling.
Improper unloading or impact damage is excluded from warranty.


GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

  • Warranty service is performed during standard business hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Argheri may request diagnostic information, photos, videos or inspection.

  • Argheri may repair, replace or supply parts at its sole discretion.

  • Shipping/transport costs may apply depending on region and assessment.


HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

  1. Contact Argheri Support at support@argheri.com.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Supply requested photos or video for assessment.

  4. Argheri will confirm warranty eligibility and next steps.

  5. If approved, we will repair, replace, or supply parts as required.
