The Forzo Traditional Pro 120 is the commercial-grade oven. A real wood-fired pizza oven hand-built in Sydney, designed for daily service in restaurants, wineries, breweries, hotels, and high-volume hospitality.

The 120cm cooking floor handles five to six 12-inch pizzas at a time, with a thicker refractory dome and additional thermal insulation built to run every shift and recover between batches without dropping temperature.

The Traditional Pro 120 Pizza Oven is real engineering. A 70mm refractory dome (versus 55mm on the home build) for durability under daily commercial use. An additional 50mm of thermal insulation around the entire dome and beneath the cooking floor for faster recovery, longer heat retention, and more consistent stone floor temperature. Granite front landing for staging pizzas, resting peels, and serving straight off the floor.

Reaches authentic pizzeria temperatures of 450°C+ and above, with high heat powder coated door, stainless steel flue, and traditional front-flue dome construction. Available as a custom onsite build or pre-built in the factory and delivered. Optional gas burner kit available.
