The Forzo Traditional 100 is a hand-rendered, wood-fired pizza oven built directly into your outdoor space — finished onsite in a clean architectural white render that sits naturally into any modern alfresco or built-in BBQ area.

Designed for the home that's serious about its backyard. The Traditional 100 fits where the sauna, the plunge, or the built-in grill sits — same kind of upgrade, same kind of buyer, but one that cooks dinner. It's the most accessible way into the Forzo family, without compromising on the things that matter: real fire, real heat, a real cooking floor, and the unmistakable flavour only wood can deliver.

Each oven is professionally installed at your home over two days. We render, shape, and finish onsite — so the oven becomes part of your space, not a unit dropped onto it. Sized at 100cm internal diameter, the Traditional 100 cooks three 12-inch pizzas at a time, or handles a Sunday roast, a tray of slow-cooked meats, or a full weekend of cooking for the family and friends who keep turning up.

For Sydney metro and the Central Coast, we manage the entire build — from base prep guidance through to firing and walkthrough on day two. You get a finished oven, not a project.
