The queen of pizza: Margherita. Simple yet fresh and amazing.
Ingredients

Ready-made Dough Balls (270g) at room temperature

2 dessert spoons (50-80 grams) of Tomato Sauce with San Marzano tomatoes
-
60-80 grams of Fior Di Latte cut into strips (cow's milk mozzarella)

A few leaves of fresh basil

A drizzling of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Spread two to three spoonfuls of tomato sauce evenly across the dough.
Distribute the Fior Di Latte cheese evenly over the pizza.
Place fresh basil leaves as desired for decoration.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the basil and pizza to prevent basil from burning.
