Excellent pizza oven. Very easy to use. Great to be able to dial in a stone temp. Cooks very well with crisp crust and melted top.
This oven is a high performing one, goes to high temperature 450+ for Neapolitan pizza, has a strong external layer to prevent over heating. Only thing is to be careful as sometimes we get flames from the semolina burning. Cannot be left unattended - You must remain next to it at all time. In addition it looks really good. Just be aware that it is heavy to move. Although item arrived late we had plenty of updates from the owner, Chris. Thank you
Spent first week experimenting with different doughs different settings etc. Never had a pizza oven or made a pizza previously so this was all very new.
Couple of bomb-outs to start but then got the hang of rolling dough,adding the filling, rolling the edges, sliding the prepared pizza cleanly off the peel into the Ziola.

Very easy to use and gives consistent results
The Ziola is a fantastic pizza oven! Having used a Roccbox for a few years, the Argheri Ziola has levelled up my pizza game. The biscotto stone gives a great undercarriage that isn’t burnt and the bake is consistent and even. Chris was very gracious to field all my questions and his passion for pizza is evident. The oven is solidly built and has been well worth the wait!
I have been using the Ziola for a few weeks now and it has produced consistently well cooked pizzas every time. The stone returns to heat quickly between pizzas and the controls are simple and easy to use. Can’t fault it!

Was worth the wait. Used it tonight, so easy to use and cooked great pizza. Used one of the dough recipes in their cook book and the results were far superior to when we used a gas home pizza oven. Well done Argheri team.
